LCD Batch Oven
The following shows two previous customized LCD batch ovens and both adopt 380V industrial power supply and double door design, which allows separate control of each heating chamber and of course we can modify on our current equipment to meet your specific requirements such as power supply adjustment, layer numbers in each cabinet and etc.
Power: AC380V 3φ 50Hz 9kVA
Inner size: W800mm×D600mm×H1000mm
Outer size: W1380mm×D850mm×H1720mm (for reference only, customizing at your desire)
Temperature range: RT~200℃, RT~180℃ needs approximate 40 minutes (tested without loading)
Heat uniformity: ±2% (tested without loading), normally use 180℃
Temp. Controller: Adopt touch screen+PLC+temperature module + pressure sensor control, digital display and setting, PID automatic calculation, membrane setting, SSR output, with 9999 timer, etc. Features

- Adopts 6 SMC pressure regulation valves (pressure release) with accuracy of 0.01kg/cm.
- Adopt double door design, divided into two chambers, three layer of each chamber
- Equipped with one UPS (uninterruptible power supply) power adaptor and one UPS power source for pressure protection during power supply fluctuation or disconnection.
- The air inlet is assembled with 10kg pressure gauge and one two-point combination pressure regulator.
- Equipped with six 2kg SMC pressure switch (alarm if pressure is less than the lower limit) to monitor the pressure adjustment status.
- Adopts 18 2-way flow control valves, 3 for each layer.
