Elco Group Italy is a company specializing in the manufacturing and supply of auto motors to BMW. Since September 2005, the color of the hot air oven used by Elco was turning yellow after drying. Besides, some of the products were not drying completely. To solve this problem, this client contacted a range of drying equipment suppliers and purchased some model machines, however, this problem was not solved completely.
Then our engineers visited their site to learn about the usage mode, material properties, machine structure, control mode and so on. Then, our engineer introduced a solution with a redesign. Panasonic Japan needed to purchase 3 industrial tunnel ovens in November of 2011. This client inspected several industrial tunnel oven suppliers for 3 months. Panasonic Japan mainly looked for capacity of design, manufacturing, service and trust. After 5 discussions with clients about the design plan, the client finally accepted the design plan we provided. In this design plan, we advised to adopt infrared and hot air-drying methods. Then, we signed the contract finally.
Over the last 6 years, the affiliated companies of Panasonic Japan established cooperation relationship with C SAIL successively, such as Panasonic Motor, Matsushita Electric, Sanyo motors. Charoen Pokphand Group
There were a range of problems that occurred for the originally adopted industrial tunnel oven used by Charoen Pokphand Group, such as large temperature fluctuations, large nutrients loss for leafy plants, bulky design, long drying time, low efficiency and so on. Therefore, Charoen Pokphand Group was eager to search for a suitable drying equipment supplier to solve these problems.
With the help of the R&D department of our company, an air energy tunnel multilayer drying oven was developed for Charoen Pokphand Group. The single layer drying structure was improved to a multilayer drying structure, and single temperature drying was changed to multi-step temperature drying, along with the added low humidity dried air, these problems were solved completely. Huawei Group
There was one type of product needed to be silver-coated by Huawei. But the silver material would be oxidized under high temperature. 3 situations would happen if the drying method was inappropriate: the silver-coated surface would turn yellow, medium grey or deep black. The product surface always turned yellow after drying in the original drying oven, and the original drying oven supplier could not solve this problem.

Pioneer Corporation
At first, these drying ovens were running normally. But we received complaints from the client as they told us that products were burned due to a malfunction in our drying ovens. We paid them a visit immediately and found that the client moved the temperature sensor from the air outlet to the back of the casing as they thought that the test temperature would be more accurate this way. Then when workers put plastic baskets loaded with products into the drying oven for drying, the temperature sensor would be inserted into the plastic basket. As a result, the temperature sensor would display 70℃ all the time. So the products would be burned when the air outlet temperature exceeded 90℃.
