Our inspection and testing mainly consist of operation, security, and temperature testing.

Operation Test
Test if the technical requirements are met by the conveying speed, conveyor belt deviation, wind speed, air volume, exhaust air volume, and motor moving direction.

Security Test
Test if the total power, output power, leakage detection, ground protection detection, overload detection, mechanical guarding, safety warning, and over-temperature protection can meet the technical requirements.

Temperature Test
Test if the temperature range, heating up time, cooling time, temperature uniformity, and so on can meet the technical requirements.
