Detailed dimension 1.Feeding zone: 1500mm, conveyor altitude height: 900 mm.

5. The heating tube is easily detached without disassemble the oven.
Temperature control system 1. Temperature range: room temperature+25℃~300℃, it takes approximately 35 minutes heating from room temperature to 300℃.
2. Controller: adopts XZ-960 temperature controller, digital setting, PID automatic calculation, LED display.
3. The temperature controller has accuracy within ±0.5%FS; Temperature uniformity ±2%. (tested without loading)
4. The equipment surface temperature is less than room temperature +15℃ while operating.
Functions 1. Fast drying speed with uniform temperature spreading.
2. SSR (silicon controlled rectifier) power control to minimize temperature fluctuation.
3. Multiple layers of thermal insulation with good sealing results.
4. The equipment frame adopts welded metal square tubes, and strengthened with steel channels.
